I’d highly recommend joining Hōm! I’ve been going to the gym for a good few years now but had never made a massive amount of progress. I was struggling to find the motivation to do a good workout at the gym after self-motivating at work all day long. Since joining Hōm and having the support from Nitin, Jared and Ro I’m more accountable with my gym sessions and push myself much more than I ever would have and it’s so nice to finally feel like I’m getting stronger and seeing results. Plus it’s lovely to see a friendly face when going to the gym and have lots of gym buddies to keep you company!

I came across Hom last year when I was getting back in fitness, after having a meeting with Jared I made the decision to join. One of the biggest questions I had to myself and them was how was I going to make this work? I work full time, have a young child and a husband that works nights… however Hom make it work, there is multiple sessions across the week with timings that work for everyone (I never thought I would someone at the gym at 6am and enjoy it!!) they understand that things happen outside of your control but still direct you the right way.I quickly discovered that Hom was way more than a gym workout, it’s personal to you and your goals, they really get to know you and want to see you succeed and what’s more, is you actually do!I’ve grown in confidence and gym confidence, I’m lifting weights I never dreamed of lifting. I don’t hate myself in photos anymore!Nitin and Jared are really supportive with every gym session and the rapport between everyone you train with is great.I’m so glad that I found Hom and always grateful for the ongoing support and guidance in my personal Hom chat from the whole team.Whole heartily recommend.

Before I started Hôm I was struggling mentally and physically, I was not happy in my body at all, I was the heaviest I have ever been and quite possibly the unhappiest! But ever since starting I have felt supported from the very beginning! 8 months on I have lost 3 and a half stone, 6 dress sizes and I am physically and mentally the fittest I have ever been! Yes I am still a curvy girl but I feel strong and confident and if you had told me a year ago I would be where I am today I would have laughed in your face! So if you are thinking of joining I would 100% recommend!

Before joining Hom i was hitting the gym but not being consistent and not seeing progress.I didn't have a clue on what I was doing or where I was going with it. Since joining HOM this has changed dramatically. I'm hitting the gym consistently and I'm seeing progress happen. I've never done a deadlift, bench press or Romanian DeadLift until I joined HOM. Now I'm hitting them and hitting PB's.After nearly 2 years with HOM I'm smashing weights that I never thought I would. Nitin, Jared and Ro are a great bunch and support network who will help you achieve your goals. I was in dire need of guidance and motivation to get back into the gym and didn't know where to start.Hom provided a wealth of nutrition knowledge alongside a personalised plan with my action points. And I'm checked in on regularly in my group chat with the 3 PT's! This has helped me stay accountable yet have support when things don't always go to plan.Despite me having an underlying shoulder injury, I'm seeing progress from the workouts every time I look in the mirror and it feels great! Nitin and Jared were quick to offer alternative exercises for my shoulder and even put me on their shoulder rehab course. They know what they're talking about!

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for the consistent support and advice every step of my journey so far. I struggle with emotional eating and before I wasent able to tackle the issue constant yo yo dieting blaming myself everytime I fall of the wagon, but since with Home team I've manged to control more my emotional eating. Thanks to Jared, Nittin a China who supported me every step, and giving me advice and tools I'm in better place now. They always went that extra mile making sure that I'm supported and I'm ok. Had a rough patch but I wasent left alone they didn't had to, but they were there for me which I greatly appreciated. Thanks to them I'm in better place and felt that I can achieve my goals. HOME is not your typical gym with typical PT. HOME is your second HOME and you feel like you are at Home. Every session I attend I'm surrounded by amazing peoole where we encourage each other to push our limits, celebrating each other success. There is no judgments, hates or competitions only pure support in very relaxing friendly atmosphere.

Started training with hom at the start of December, and the amount of progress I've seen in this time is crazy! Ive been training for 3-4 years but progress always fluctuated due to not sticking to a plan, but since being with hom they've helped me bring some structure and balance to my workouts and outside the gym resulting in me being the leanest and strongest I've been, would highly recommend these guys to anyone who's new to the gym or has experience but wants to take another step in their fitness journey

Before I began training with Jared I had very little knowledge around fitness and would go to the gym inconsistently doing workouts that were getting me nowhere. I was looking for a coach who could keep me accountable and provide me with the knowledge to better train and I found this and so much more. I started training with Jared over 5 years ago and he took the time to go through all my goals and create an individual programme that worked for what I wanted to achieve. During my time with Jared I have gained so much knowledge not only with training but also how other areas that impact on my fitness including mindset, nutrition and supporting me through life events! I’ve had the pleasure of starting with Jared on a 1-2-1 basis and through to evolving into HOM where I also got to start training with Nitin and support from Rochana. I've been going to the gym for 5 years and had a good knowledge but turns out its true, there's always more to learn and I definitely learned a lot from HOM. Before joining Hom I was upset and lost. Upset and lost because nothing was going for me. No matter how hard I trained, nothing still budged for me. I wasn’t taking care of myself properly and I was constantly beating myself up. Now after a year with Hom I feel alive, better in myself, I have a lot more confidence in myself with what I can achieve and I’ve achieved steps to get to my own goal. Mentally, joining Hom I’ve learned to never give up, always work at a level that’s suitable for me and that no matter what happens in my life it’s ok to accept I’ll be up and down. Beforehand some days it will affect me and I’ll be at a stage where I’m thinking why am I even trying which would lead me to a constant cycle of putting myself down and not trying. Since I’ve been with Hom, I’ve got guidance and people around me who would consistently be on my back trying to make me see my ways. I couldn’t thank the PTs enough for what they’ve done for me. I’ve been having health issues and it’s been putting me down mentally, but the way they’ve adapted things and supported me has been phenomenal. If you are reading this, go for it! Hom will be one of the best things that will change your life forever. Don’t give up, there’s support out there and Hom is the place to be ❤️

I wanted to say a big thank you to both Nitin & Jared for all the support and effort you guys have put in to help build me up so far (more to come) which I am very happy with. My confidence has increased as well as my strength and discipline.
I follow a certain type of plant based diet and even though it may have been challenging for all 3 of us, Nitin & Jared have recommended/advised the best they could whilst still helping me achieve my own goals!
This is still the beginning of my journey as I see much more progress to be made, much to learn and further goals to reach (especially with Rochana on board) 💪🏾⚡️

Jared has great empathy and really understands what you’re going through, making him a stand out coach from tons of other PT’s. He’s always making you think about mindset, and how you can genuinely evolve as a human being. I feel physically and mentally stronger off the back of training with them with zero regrets, and I still have their support and open arms with my journey of now going solo. My weight hovered around 82-84kg, and I struggled with severe bloating and IBS, which only added to my frustration. My mindset around food and fitness wasn’t healthy, and I felt like I was stuck.
Since joining Hōm, everything has changed. In just six months, I’ve lost 12kg and an incredible 20cm from my waist. But more than just physical results, Hōm has provided me with invaluable support for managing my bloating and IBS. 16 months ago, I walked into a gym with no previous experience of lifting anything!
My motivation was to get fitter/stronger and have fun along the way.
I signed up with Nitin and Jared and achieved both.
And some.😃
The classes are great fun - the other people in them are of all ages, abilities and experiences - and you are made to feel really welcome every time you go along.
I was put at my ease straight away and any “gym anxiety” quickly disappeared.
What really sets Nitin and Jared apart for me is their willingness to listen and adapt to the individual needs of those in the class - forearm tendinitis? “No worries - we’ll adapt these exercises and tailor to you to help with rehab” - brilliant 👍. They are always enthusiastic and challenging you to progress, at a pace that works for you.
If you want to get fitter/stronger, learn how to lift safely, confidently, and with good form (and have lots of fun along the way), then I recommend you sign up with Hôm and give it a go.

I’ve been training with Jared for the last 3/4 weeks and I’m genuinely so impressed by how much I’ve already achieved in that time. I’ve never felt so encouraged and supported in something before as I have with him, whether that’s through regular message check ups or with the feedback I receive during sessions. I feel like I’m learning so much about what I need to do to achieve my personal long term and short term goals (which we set out together) and I can already see how this is becoming something I can fit into my lifestyle with ease. Jared is so great at motivating me to do more and push myself out of my comfort zone and I can feel my confidence building more and more each session,it’s so exciting to see how much more we can build on that together!! If this is something you’re considering I could not recommend Jared enough, really positive experience so far and looking forward to seeing even more progression.

I've followed a gym journey for a while, with relative success in multiple stints but one of the reasons why I've not continued to stay on track is for the following reasons:
a) lack of consistency in the long term with training
b) lack of consistency and accountability in nutrition
c) attempting the minimal effort and hoping for the maximum outcome
So I made a decision to invest in myself, and hire a personal trainer to help me improve these three things. For me, I've seen and known Jared for a while and really like his approach; improving the 1%'ers. Rather than try and explain what made me make my decision, outside knowing him via classes and social media, I'll explain what service he has provided me.
1) Emphasis on quality over quantity - being a male gym goer, we all have the evil "ego lifter" around the corner. Something I've mentioned to Jared, and I've asked him to ensure my ego is kept in check. All the emphasis has been on technique, technique, and technique. Once the technique is nailed, then we can improve the load. Not only does this look good, but in the long term, the mobility, flexibility, and conditioning of the body naturally occurs as well as the strength and body composition.
2) Having a specialised routine, has helped me focus on full body conditioning, rather than just lifting weight. This has helped in more aspects of my physical life.
3) The out of gym support, Jared is more than willing to receive your progress, feedback on training, lifestyle, nutrition, the full nine yards. The ultimate goal he wants you to achieve is being happy with you. The more honest with him, the more benefits everyone will get.
For me, hiring Jared was a no-brainer. Not only have I got a coach who understands me, but someone who is approachable in all aspects and nothing is ever a problem. By being open with him, my progress has always been constant, even if I have a rubbish week, the support and motivation he provides, is enough to dust off any doubt and get back at it.

I’m achieving things I never thought I would or could, this early on. They’re an absolute pleasure to train with & make you feel so supported. Even when you’re being whiny because something is hard 😂, they motivate you & help you push yourself to achieve everything! Genuinely, the bay trainers I’ve ever had & I’ve had my fair share! They listen, they change things to suit any injuries you may have & ultimately they make you feel like you can achieve everything. I’ve gone from being someone who hates working out, to someone who actually looks forward to going to my sessions! All I can say is thank you thank you thank you!!!

I started my journey back to fitness with Jared just three weeks ago. For the last twenty years I’ve been plagued by back pain and minor injuries resulting in a fear of bending forward. Yesterday, for the first time I lifted a weight from the floor. My grin was from ear to ear.
Jared is kind, understanding and encouraging. I can trust him when he tells me to try something - and that doesn’t come easily for me.
Three weeks in and I feel a new sense of optimism. I feel energised, alert and above all, have no back pain - despite all the new movements I’m doing. Turns out Jared knows what he’s talking about! He has experienced back issues first hand and knows that the mental issues of fear and reluctance are just as important to overcome as the physical ones.
To anyone who’s not sure whether to give this a go - I’d say, talk to Jared first. Tell him your story. Make sure you both agree to work together. In my case, it’s one the best things I’ve ever done for myself. You have to put the work in - nobody is going to do it for you. But with Jared’s guidance and care - all you have to do is turn up, do what he says and the results will come.

I would highly recommend jb fitness to be your first choice if you are thinking of joining the gym. I cant thank Jared enough for the support over the years always stood by me, never judged me, but instead understood my struggles and gave me the tools and his 100% dedication to over come my issues with fat loss.

I joined JB fitness in Oct 21 after finally deciding that enough was enough. I wasn’t happy with me, I was eating and drinking too much and my weight was just going up. In all honesty I hated looking in the mirror, didn’t like my husband looking at me and avoided the camera as much as possible. My original goal was to drop from a size 14-16 to a size 10-12, to improve my overall fitness and feel comfortable in clothes that were overly baggy.
At the time of writing this review my eating is now more controlled (and by controlled I absolutely do not mean I’ve stopped eating pizza!!!) I have lost weight but also improved my overall muscle tone all over my body and last week purchased a beautiful dress for a work event in a size 8!!! Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined I would ever fit into a size 8! For anyone considering taking the leap I would highly recommend contacting Jared to see what he can do for you. 2 years ago, if you had told me that I would be where I am now I would have laughed at you, but here I am and I’ve never felt better.

Before I started training with Jared I was unhappy with my figure, stuck in a rut having tried every diet possible and failed, I weighed exactly the same as I had done 12 months earlier, just as miserable as before- but with guidance, education and support, I have a better understanding of food, my mindset and focus is improved , I feel more confident and I am smashing both my personal and gym goals. I can honestly say working with Jared has been the best money I have ever spent- anyone sat on the fence or unsure- Jared isn’t like other PT’s he delivers! I had got into a rut with my exercise and was feeling that I wasn’t progressing in terms of fitness and motivation. I had been very active 6yrs ago but niggling injuries and COVID prevented me from doing what I felt I should be doing. I was struggling to regain my fitness levels and the less I did, the more lethargic I felt . Since training with JB Fitness, I’ve have definitely had an increase in my fitness, strength, energy and motivation. Although my main goal was to get fit again I am pleased with the physical changes that have occurred too. I have lost size all over and am starting to feel like I am getting near to where I want to be. I’ve been training with Jared and JB Fitness since August as part of a small group. What I enjoy the most about training this way is the accountability to Jared and to my “team”. We come from different backgrounds, have different stresses and commitments but together we provide encouragement and support for each other. Jared is at the forefront of that support not only during our training sessions but also outside of them. If you’re feeling stressed, tired and demotivated he’s always there to offer advice, encouragement and sometimes even just as someone on your side to tell you it’ll be ok. The design of the training program promotes change and will encourage you to challenge yourself, there are how to videos with each exercise and of course Jared is on hand to demonstrate, adjust and make modifications to encourage good technique and practice which will ultimately lead to consistent improvement and results. I’m looking forward to seeing what I can achieve training with JB fitness in the next 4 months. If you are considering small group training, you will most definitely find everything you need to help you succeed with Jared and JB Fitness.

Working with Jared in achieving my fitness goals has been such a fun journey. Prior to Jared, my workouts consisted mostly of cardio and a few exercise machines - which got pretty boring pretty fast. When I got started with Jared, I was introduced to new exercises that were quick-fire, energetic and fun. Jared has a wealth of knowledge and really ensures that correct technique is key to any movement to prevent injuries. He is always checking in on how I'm getting along during the week, which is great for someone like me that needs a little push. He offers an all-rounded service, with nutrution as well as lifestyle guides for the simple things we often overlook which are super useful. I would 100% recommend - I've never been more excited to see the progress in my strength and confidence if it wasn't for JB fitness. Thanks Jared!

I started training with Jared in December 2021 and he made me feel nothing but welcome since day one. I wouldn’t say I was nervous in a gym but I just needed more routine and consistency instead of just going to classes, and he provided me with that straight away. He’s really motivating and pushes you, but in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident! I would 100% recommend Jared if you think you need a little bit of support or a lot, he will take your goals and aims on board and give you a realistic pathway to achieving them, while helping you develop good habits to maintain the changes.

I have chosen to work with Jared and his JB Fitness team after the lockdown, because I've started to gain and I've lost my confidence on how I've look. Jared was the best decision I have done in long time, he is very knowledgeable as personal trainer, very friendly and very good in mental support as well. I have chosen to work with Jared and his JB Fitness team after the lockdown, because I've started to put weight and I've lost my confidence on how I've looked. I must say 8 months into my own fitness journey with Jared and JB Fitness - I can’t recommend him and his services enough.
I joined in December - really unhappy and unsure of my progress in the gym. I wouldn’t say I was unfit but I had absolutely no direction and therefore would never develop - this was in and outside the gym e.g. knowledge of what foods to eat to reach my goals etc.
Since then - wow! I’d never deadlifted in the gym before due to a lack of confidence but now I can lift 120kg. If you wouldn’t told me that in December I’d bite your hand off!
I really appreciate how Jared is really sincere and just his whole attitude to towards fitness and wellbeing has really helped me achieve my own goals. I now feel fitter, slimmer and more confident in the gym which were all goals I wanted to achieve when I started - but there’s still some more to go! Thanks Jared!

I’ve always been reluctant to make a move and get a PT. I started doing Pump classes and got to meet JB there. I thought he was really supportive and welcoming, which made it easier to approach him as a PT.
Its been just 5 weeks and I feel like I’ve made more progress in these 5 weeks with my legs than I’ve made in the previous 2-3 years on my own.
I highly recommend Jared to anyone who is thinking of making a move but not 100% there.

I’ve always been reluctant to make a move and get a PT. I started doing Pump classes and got to meet JB there. I thought he was really supportive and welcoming, which made it easier to approach him as a PT.
Its been just 5 weeks and I feel like I’ve made more progress in these 5 weeks with my legs than I’ve made in the previous 2-3 years on my own.

I’ve been a client of Jared’s for 8 months now, and couldn’t recommend him more. I’ve achieved the results I was looking for, whilst learning how to work out independently as well. He’s a great mix of patience and motivation, so you don’t feel pressured on days that you feel tired but will still leave feeling like you’ve achieved something. He offers a really involved, full spectrum personal training service, and you can tell he’s genuinely invested in each client getting what they are looking for from their sessions. If you’re nervous about the gym or feel like you don’t know where to start, Jared’s approach will really help.

Couldn't reccomend Jared highly enough. His friendly, realistic approach to achieving your goals leaves you feeling and believing that finally you can achieve your goals.
Before starting with Jared I was relatively happy where I was I just wanted to fine tune a few bits which felt impossible because I was feeling relatively "comfortable" where I was but wanted to achieve certain goals. After chatting to Jared and making a plan I felt reassured and motivated to do what I needed to do....results came immediately and I really enjoyed what I was doing because Jared made it achievable and realistic with my busy lifestyle. I felt confident, I felt in control and I was happy that I was hitting my goals.
I had a few wobbles along the way and that's where Jared helped me most, a calm rational voice to guide me.
So if your feeling like you can't, don't know how, lacking confidence then Jared is your man :)

I had never really exercised or joined a gym so I bit the bullet, joined a gym and met JB. Since working with JB Fitness I have lost weight without having to eliminate any foods from my diet, built strength and stamina and met some incredible people! Before I met Jared I was relying on pain killers just to get through the day from my lower back pain and became more and more sedentary, which was making it worse but I also couldn't be too active without being in some pain or discomfort. I knew I needed to find a way to build up the exercise again but felt stuck in a bit of a rut whilst also feeling sluggish, bloated and unhealthy. I needed to find a way to get stronger, healthier, fitter and strengthen my back/glutes but the thought of going to a gym also terrified me and I didn't particularly enjoy exercise! Working with Jared has been one of the best things I've done and I haven't needed painkillers for my back for over 2 months which is huge. He is so easy to get along with, is very knowledgeable and motivating and challenges me to push myself to reach my goals. My confidence and knowledge in the gym has soared so quickly as well and I genuinely love the workouts and going to the gym thanks to Jared. This journey was never really about weight loss for me either but feeling myself getting fitter and stronger each week, being virtually pain free, seeing the weights go up and the muscle definition come through has been an added bonus and really rewarding. I couldn't have come this far without Jared's support and professional knowledge, he will always find a way to help that suits you. Thanks Jared!

I wasn’t doing any exercise was far too heavy and felt the task was too big to do anything about it. I need to lose at least 6 stone. I didn’t want to reach the diabetic road I was heading to and also wanted to improve how I felt about me

I’ve been working with Jared for a while now and seen massive results whilst working with him. I have enjoyed every session he has set me and he has really helped me to challenge myself and push for the best results. When I started with him I really struggled with eating and restricted myself to the point of not enjoying social events etc now I have food freedom and never feel guilty for eating a take away or cake! His knowledge and honesty really helps to ensure you get the best results whilst also enjoying the process!

I’ve been training with Jared for 3 months now. I asked for his help because I wanted to lose some weight and I needed to change some issues with blood test results which were coming back awry.
In such a short amount of time he has helped me change my attitude towards eating, change my attitude towards calories and feel much more motivated and capable.
I’ve lost half a stone already, and the best thing is my blood test readings are already getting back to a normal range from my change in lifestyle.
I really recommend Jared, he listens and adapts to your life and challenges, and always helps to find a solution 😊

I would highly recommend working with Jared to obtain your fitness goals!
His relaxed personality combined with his detailed fitness and nutrition knowledge make him an all round 5 star PT.
Since starting with Jared about 18 months ago, I have achieved weight loss of approximately 1.5 stone. Not only this, I now feel more confident and comfortable in my clothes, more muscles are more defined and I am stronger.
I've also found a love for the gym and lifting weights that I didn't know I had, because Jared has taught me how to lift effectively. I used to be content enough just joining gym classes as and when I fancied, however, my body wasn't changing the way I expected it should. I never felt I would actually look forward to working out, but since working with Jared I actually much prefer using the weights and machines as now I understand how these things can be used to tailor my body.
I have seen results greater than I could have hoped for and more than this, Jared is adept at breaking down food and nutrition information to make it accessible and useful for my every day life.
His advice and coaching through areas such as stress and emotional eating have been invaluable in helping me understand my triggers and putting in place tools to help me navigate these tricky areas in my life.
I can't recommend Jared enough!

From being someone who avoided the gym like the plague through fear of being judged and lack of knowledge, Jared has turned me into a confident gym goer who is no longer afraid of the squat rack.
It’s not all about the gym and physical changes though. Only a few months in and I’m so much more educated and empowered with food choice, routine and my confidence is beginning to soar in my personal and work life.
I highly recommend Jared as someone who both listens and challenges you but gives you the skills to make lifelong changes with full support along the way.

Working with Jared has changed my approach to fat loss. I’ve always been tough on myself with a bit of an all or nothing approach. With his support, my relationship with food has most definitely improved. I no longer dread social events and can still have fun without the guilt that would normally come from a bit of over indulgence! The training program also suits my goals and I can also fit in workouts I enjoy like spinning etc. Would 100% recommend working with Jared to get the results you want to achieve!
